I am the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority (NDA) Cyber Threat Intelligence manager based in Cumbria UK.

The NDA is responsible for cleaning up the UK's Nuclear legacy and has large responsibilities to both the geographical environments as well as Cyber. I have over 20 years of IT experience and an additional 10 years in Information Security and Cyber. I am part of the NDA Group Security Operations Centre where we support a number of Nuclear Operating Companies with their Security Operations needs.My focus is utilising Cyber Threat Intelligence to codify information into actionable intelligence and test security technical controls of our Operating Companies.

In my free time, I enjoy getting outdoors in the Cumbrian Lake District and something memorable about me is; I learned to swim six months before participating in an open water Iron Man Triathlon in 2018.

Thibaut Da Costa

Lead Red Team, Enedis

Thibaut Da Costa is currently responsible for the Red Team at Enedis.

Enedis is the main operator of the public electricity distribution network in France. The mission of the Red Team is to prevent cyber-attacks by emulating existing and emerging adversarial Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) and developing custom attacks for testing the defenses that have been implemented in depth.

Thibaut previously worked in the Incident Response Team at Airbus Group and then in the Offensive Team at Thales. He joined Enedis in 2020 to create and develop the Red Team activity.

Thibaut is fond of hacking, he obtained his engineering degree at the "Institut National des Sciences Appliquées" in cyber security and then got certified as CEH, OSCP, GCPN, SEC660 and SEC565.
